1:10 reducer knob for ST80 focuser
Remixes the main knob so it can be slip-fitted on a skywatcher ST80 stock focuser knob.

Adds an attachment plate that uses the 4 stock bottom focuser screws. Use 2 M3x10-15mm screws to attach the reducer to the attachment plate.
NO PERMANENT MODIFICATION is done to the telescope :-) .
